​​​A fun artistic challenge with making "Sky Limit" is that I get to design the graffiti that different crews make. Everyone has a motif, a theme, a shape language​. Panel 3 is a sketchbook page for the Flying Vipers graffiti in-universe and real life! Neat!​

I've been getting into the band "Good Kid" while making Sky Limit #1. Let's say that "New Kid" is a similar type of band tee, and not me being direct and silly with the audience. ​As I write this, I'm about to start a new job. Again. Maybe I should get myself a "New Kid" tank top.

Note to self: the location in Panel 1 is important. Save that for reference later.

Looking back at my art after drawing it months ago is fun in a reassuring way. For awhile I thought, "I didn't draw enough tubing in the backgrounds of Sky Limit #1". Come to see this page, and its got tons of tubes! Sky Limit has got to be the most tubular comic.
