Oh yeah I love this page :)

This summer has been filled with a lot of rain and wet concrete. Makes it hard to skate :(

It has been fulfilling on my artistic journey to become better and better at graff design the more of it I draw for Sky Limit. I remember drawing Vert's name tag here and being pretty proud of the way it came out the first time I drew it. (Ask my Patreon, I'm notorious for over-refining things)
But it's been sweet to develop more and more! You'll see LOTS of new graffiti designs this chapter, so I had to get cracking. The world of Sky Limit develops as I develop as an artist.

Check out the Vipers piece in the background of the last panel here. That was a last minute adjustment I made right before the final export. I feel pretty proud of myself to have some sort of worldbuilding based around a graff design already after Sky Limit #1, and wanted to go ahead and cash in that metaphorical check. Hits different seeing Fang's pieces on the wall now, huh? Makes the city feel more alive and connected. (And as a notorious background avoider it's pretty handy that a graffiti design I already drew works so effectively to fill in background detail, but shh)

Since you're reading this, my birthday passed! I am now 30. God.
Extreme sports, graffiti- these are the worlds of young people. Keeps you young. Glad I started work on this series when I did. We can't stay young forever. But you can feel young forever if you allow yourself to.
