Violent, crazed, and trigger happy, this police captain won't stop until the streets of Tin Pin City are finally rid of all this graffiti and so-called street “art” he is forced to come face to face with every day. There's nothing he hates more than the loud, disrespectful, street punks wasting their youths making it. Nothing is too far.  He has the authority.  He has the budget.  Under his diligent watch, these streets will be clean again.

STORY SO FAR: Murdered a kid recently. Fang, from the crew Flying Vipers. Duke grabbed his face while driving real fast on the wrong side of the road and smeared it against the wall.  A life changing, world-altering event for the Vipers- for Duke Strong, it's just another day in the life of a uniformed officer.
