The narrator of our story. She is mysterious, aloof, and hidden deep within the depths of Tin Pin City. Her pirate radio station, "Radio Wipeout", is one of the last remnants of analog radio that still uses the classic airwave system.  It is very popular among graffiti writers, hipsters, jet setters, conspiracy theorists and all young people who think they know better. Her dreads are equipped with cables that keep her "plugged in" to all of the whereabouts of what’s going on in the streets.

A curator of lost media, she’s collecting what’s left of media from the old times to keep the young folks bumping and jumping to their dying days.  Her favorite things are coffee, music you can dance to, and taunting the police.
