Chapter 1 Page 7

I think it's time I address an elephant in the room.

When making Sky Limit, part of my motivation to do so was to experiment with how framing affects a comic page. The pattern-like secret messages scribbled into the margins of each page vary in look and style.  Since I'm making a comic about graffiti artists, they can naturally only be as good of an artist as I am, so I self diagnosed myself with needing lots and lots of practice writing graffiti. While I think Sky limit #1 is a precious thing, a comic and black book rolled into one. The gimmick works better on some pages than on others.

I think this one is particularly effective. Look at the way the shapes arch and twist into the shouting guy in the bottom left panel. So cool so loud. Waow. Sky limit.
